LAS VEGAS (September 8, 2015) – Caesars Palace offers several ways to celebrate Mexican Independence Day with food and drink specials throughout multiple venues.
Old Homestead Steakhouse
To celebrate both Mexican Independence Day Weekend and Latin superstar Enrique Iglesias’ performances in The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on September 13 and 14, Old Homestead Steakhouse will offer a selection of special Atlantico Rum creations and a three-tier Johnnie Walker whisky flight for a limited time.
Fans of Iglesias can enjoy delicious cocktail creations made with Atlantico Rum, the smooth luxury rum from the Dominican Republic in which Iglesias himself is a partner with. Each of the three cocktails will be available for $16 from September 10 – 16 only.
In addition to the special cocktails, the iconic steakhouse will also offer a three-tier whisky flight with Johnnie Walker Black, Double Black and Gold Label Reserve. The flight is available for the same limited time and guests will take home a souvenir Johnnie Walker flight set.

Celebrity chef Brian Malarkey puts a festive twist on some of his favorite farm-to-table dishes in celebration of Mexican Independence Day. These specialty menu items will be available September 6 – 16 in addition to some of Searsucker’s New American Classics including: shrimp ceviche with chile and citrus, jalapeno-chorizo corn-off-the-cob, habanero with coriander pickle and the bavette flank steak with chimichurri and béarnaise. Guests are also invited to enjoy Herradura tequila and Woodford Reserve bourbon drink specials that include $12 cocktails and $10 shots along with one of the signature house-made cocktails including the Jalaberry Strawpeno with strawberry and jalapeno infused tequila, fresh lime and agave.

From September 16 – 20, the Club Patron Experience Trailer will be located in the Roman Plaza of Caesars Palace, adjacent to the Absinthe tent. The 45-foot portable venue will create a tequila oasis with specialty cocktails, ceiling fans, a flat screen TV, audio system and seating space underneath cooling umbrellas for guests.
