ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (December 15, 2015) — Atlantic City’s premier bacon event is back by popular demand. Indulge in unique bacon dishes including bacon cocktails, desserts, and more. Bite into a super one pound BLT, savor a bacon ice cream sundae, or even drink your bacon in a Bacon Maple Manhattan. We’re serving up bacon every which way during Bacon Week January 17 through January 23, 2016.
“Bacon Week has become one of Tropicana’s most successful themed promotional weeks. People love the creative offerings and we have fun trying to top ourselves every year,” said Steve Callender, General Manager of Tropicana Atlantic City.
Liquid Bacon (Bacon Cocktails)
Broadway Burger Bar – Tropicana’s popular burger joint will offer two tasty ways to raise a glass. Try the Bacon Cinnamon Roll cocktail, made with bacon-infused vodka, crème de cocoa, chocolate liquor and cream. Or keep it simple and savor the unique flavor combination of bacon-infused bourbon.
Carmine’s – The week’s featured ingredient adds a smoky complexity to the classic Manhattan in Carmine’s Bacon Maple Manhattan for $13.50.
FIN- We bet James Bond would be shaken and stirred by this Chocolate Caramel Bacon Martini for $12.
Il Verdi – Your taste buds will spin with this fun twist on a classic favorite, a Chocolate Bacon Martini for $12.

Carmine’s - Carmine's is serving up bacon in the way they know best - family style! Try the Classic Carbonara ($30.50) blending pasta with eggs, cheese, bacon and black pepper to create a luscious and satisfying plate. Carmine’s Pomodoro ($29.50) is a fresh plum tomato sauce made to order with white wine, tomatoes, garlic, prosciutto, and herbs over your choice of pasta.
