Caesars Entertainment will once again showcase “Ben” the WeChat Robot – a virtual concierge – using ObEN’s proprietary speech technology.

The Chinese Cultural Minister and Chinese Embassy have partnered to bring the Hunan performance group to Las Vegas for this special celebration. A popular theater troupe, the Hunan group performs staged shows and award-winning acts at events around the world. The group’s specialty ethnic and folk artist performances will undoubtedly wow the crowd daily from Feb. 9-14.
International Culinary Competitions
Enjoy live cooking demonstrations and food art carvings by Caesars Entertainment and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas chefs. One of the marquee events will be an ice sculpting and fruit carving by Le Cordon Bleu on Wednesday, Feb. 10. Various Caesars Entertainment chefs will also perform a noodle pulling and suckling pig demo on Friday, Feb. 12.
Dance-4-a-Cause
On Saturday, Feb. 13, thousands of local Zumba®, Hot Hula Fitness, U-Jam Fitness®, and MixxedFit® participants will gather for the third annual Dance-4-a-Cause event with a live DJ and entertainment, in collaboration with Fighting United. Participants are asked to bring chapter books (Kindergarten-12th grade) to benefit Somerset Academy and Spread the Word Nevada.
Mass Wedding Ceremony
Las Vegas closes out the Lunar New Year celebration with a mass wedding ceremony where multiple couples will be married at the same time on Valentine’s Day, officiated by a classic Elvis impersonator.

Illuminated Dragon Display
A legendary creature in Chinese mythology and folklore, the dragon is a traditional symbol of power, strength and good luck. The Forum Shops at Caesars is once again sharing this fabled creature in a big way by welcoming a 22-ft. long, 6-ft. wide and 12-ft. high dragon to the world-renowned retail destination. On display now and throughout the Chinese New Year celebratory season, the massive 950-lb steel-framed dragon is covered in 30,000 red and amber LED lights, many of which flicker, giving the mythical beast a vibrant look and dynamic feel. Located on the Fortuna Terrace near the entrance to The Forum Shops at Caesars closest to the casino floor, the dazzling dragon sits upon a lush red carpet surrounded by hand-painted wood pillars, gold fencing and red velvet ropes. The impressive display was custom created exclusively for The Forum Shops at Caesars.
20th Annual Meadows School Parade
For the 20th consecutive year, The Forum Shops at Caesars will welcome students from the Meadows School, who will perform the traditional dragon parade throughout The Forum Shops at Caesars on Monday, Feb 8. The cast of singers and dancers includes 120 Meadows students – 60 from kindergarten and 60 from fifth grade plus the school’s very special guest, founder and Mayor of Las Vegas Carolyn Goodman.
