Hi everyone. I got a mailer the other day offering me several mystery multipliers at the Showboat in July. But there's a catch: Instead of getting a symbol (such as a diamond, heart, club or spade) you swipe your card at a kiosk the day of the event, and it tells you what your multiplier is. That makes it harder for people who live out of town, because you can't compare symbols with your friends and Internet buddies and figure out if you have a high multiplier.
I live near AC, so I'll go once or twice to check out if it's worthwhile. My comp account is running down, thanks to some real pigging out, and it could use some bolstering. But someone who lives in New York or Philly won't come to AC for this if they think they'll just get 3X credits.
Any thoughts?
