LAS VEGAS (Dec. 12, 2011) – Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas resorts invite guests to celebrate the holiday season with a variety of special menus and featured dishes throughout its many restaurants.
Caesars Palace
Serendipity 3
Guests looking to enjoy a whimsy Christmas will feel right at home at Serendipity 3. The restaurant will pay homage to Christmas tradition by offering a special roasted chestnut soup ($10). Guests of all ages are invited to eat the jumbo turkey leg ($16) with their hands or indulge in the Day After Christmas sandwich ($16), which is piled high with all the traditional Christmas trimmings. If there was a doubt about Santa’s favorite food, Serendipity 3 will serve Santa’s Lobster Pasta ($24) for Christmas; and, regardless of what side of the list guests fall, everyone can enjoy the Naughty & Nice ice cream sundae ($12.50). Open Christmas Day 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Restaurant Guy Savoy
For those looking to toast Christmas over Michelin-starred food, Restaurant Guy Savoy will be at the top of their lists. Available on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the restaurant’s special Christmas Prestige menu ($358 consists of 10 decadent courses, including a special Brie Black Truffle course as well as a Champagne dessert. The six-course Christmas Elegance menu ($218 includes the seasonal game dish of Roasted Mallard Duck with Guy Savoy Spices. Open Christmas Day and Christmas Eve 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Rao’s
Celebrate Christmas or Christmas Eve in a venue that gives tribute to the season all year round. During the holiday season Rao’s adds even more Christmas decorations to its existing year-long greenery and compliments the decorations with a special Taste of the Seven Fishes menu ($65), a tribute to the Southern Italy’s traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes served on Christmas Eve. Rao’s puts its individual twist on the menu by allowing guests to choose an appetizer, pasta and entrée. Seafood featured among the choices in the three-course menu includes clams, calamari, shrimp, cod, crab, lobster, octopus, mussels, scallops, sole and salmon. Mesa Grill
The southwest was the inspiration for the a la carte items on Mesa Grill’s Christmas menu. The oysters ($18 are crusted in cornmeal and garnished with American caviar, the gala apple salad ($11) features a spicy orange vinaigrette; and the gravy on the roasted turkey dinner ($38 incorporates a smoked chile flavor. Open Christmas Day 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Payard Bistro
The three-course Christmas Eve menu ($55) at Payard consists of the guest’s choice of delicacies like warm lobster salad, foie gras napoleon, steak au poivre, Dover sole, and roasted chicken. The evening’s finale arrives on a pastry cart full of François Payard’s famous tarts, verrines, petit fours and Christmas logs. Open Christmas Eve 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers
Burgers will be part of a quintessential Christmas dinner with Kerry Simon’s master touch. At KGB guests can start their Christmas meal with cranberry apple salad ($7), enjoy a Christmas lamb burger complete with mint basil aioli ($14) and conclude with an egg nog milkshake garnished with nutmeg pecan brittle ($5). The Range Steakhouse
Indulge with the special Christmas menu ($49.99) at The Range, which includes coffee or hot tea as well as a glass of wine for guests 21 years or older. Start with butternut squash and orange velouté with Maryland blue crab, followed by Autumn Baby Greens Delight, a main course of Sonoma organic free-range turkey with traditional accompaniments, and conclude with pumpkin cheesecake topped with a caramel rum sauce. Snow balls for breakfast? Sao Paulo will serve “snow balls” ($10) masquerading as frozen crème puff pastries dusted with powdered sugar for breakfast along with eggnog pancakes ($8. Christmas morning would only be more festive if Rudolph joined the table. Open Christmas Day 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Martorano’s
The Italian favorite, Martorano’,s will add Christmas dishes to its menu including Veal and Lobster Sinatra ($58, lasagna ($25) and a Christmas log dessert ($9). Open Christmas Day 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Buzio’s
Guests looking to infuse a bit of the ocean into their Christmas celebrations can dine on seared salmon salad ($15), surf & turf ($54) and steamed black cod ($30) at Buzio’s. Open Christmas Day 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
VooDoo Steak
In a setting reminiscent of Santa’s experience as he flies through the night sky on his sleigh guests will enjoy vanilla butter-poached Maine lobster ($14), prime rib ($38 and vacherin ice cream cake ($9) while dining high above the Strip at VooDoo Steak. Open Christmas Day 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
All-American Bar and Grille
In addition to its established menu favorites, All American Bar and Grille will feature Christmas specials of winter salad with pomegranate dressing ($9), beef Wellington ($30) and dessert profiteroles ($8. Open Christmas Day 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Les Artistes Steakhouse
The Paris steakhouse will serve a special five-course Christmas dinner ($70) including amuse bouche delicacies of smoked salmon, Foie Gras Au Torchon on a crispy gingerbread canapé and caviar blinis. For appetizers guests can choose from roasted scallops to stuffed mussels. Butternut squash soup is among the choices for the third course, and the main course features a choice of lamb chops, filet, halibut or veal. The meal is topped off with either sweet potato pecan pie or pumpkin crème brûlée. Open Christmas Day 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Le Provençal
Both traditional and modern dishes are included on Le Provençal’s four-course Christmas menu ($50). Starters include fennel-crusted scallops or roasted-pear bruschetta, among others.
