Promotions up or Down in AC?

Are Atlantic City (or for that matter, other towns) players getting more or fewer offers lately? I'm a video poker player, and my offers from the Harrah's have just about dried up. But Hilton and Resorts are sending me some pretty good stuff.
BTW, if you don't have a players card at the Trump properties or the Trop, now's a good time to get one. They're offering free slot play if you join, more at the Trop if you have a premium card from another joint
