A wide variety of dining selections will be offered including prix-fixe menus at the finest restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. Pure and Chateau Nightclub & Gardens will ring in the New Year with special performances and the Eiffel Tower Experience will celebrate with the best view in town. Bacchanal Buffet
The two-time and reigning “Best Buffet” in Las Vegas as voted by USA Today will feature over 20 delicious New Year’s Eve menu items in addition to the more than 500 items prepared daily. Some of the New Year’s Eve specials include the Chateaubriand filet mignon with mushroom and truffle soup, and smoked salmon and caviar Vol-au-vent to indulge the appetite.
