  • Fat Bar in Las Vegas to Offer St. Patricks's Day Drink Specials

NOTE: THE 2013 AMERICAN CASINO GUIDE HAS A 2-FOR1 DRINK COUPON FOR THE BELOW BAR

LAS VEGAS - Drink specials and a deejay will be on hand for their first St. Patrick's Day celebration at The Fat Bar on the Las Vegas Strip.

The best people-watching eatery where booze marries burgers on The Strip will have a deejay from 7 p.m. to midnight for the Irish celebration of St. Patrick's Day. A 12-ounce glass of Green Beer will only be $3 and a glass of Guinness draft is $5. A shot of Jameson will be $5.

An Irish Car Bomb will be $7. Irish Car Bomb is one of the most popular drinks worldwide. The ingredients are simple and widely available, and beer lovers will almost certainly enjoy it. If you ask for one of these in an Irish pub you'll be greeted with either a smile, or a black eye. Enjoy!

    3/4 pint Guinness® stout
    1/2 shot Bailey's® Irish cream
    1/2 shot Jameson® Irish whiskey

Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.

You don't need to be 100 percent Irish to enjoy this holiday in Las Vegas on Sunday, March 17. The location is 3763 Las Vegas Blvd. S, 89109 across from where the Monte Carlo meets City Center. There is parking around back. whicj costs $5 but if you show your receipt within two hours you get your money back.

Fatburger opened its first full service restaurant last April on the Las Vegas Strip. The remodeled Fatburger restaurant and The Fat Bar occupy a combined space of 3,000 square feet with seating for 220 customers and remains open 24 hours a day. Tens of thousands passersby offer patrons a full bar of alcoholic beverages as well as panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip and City Center.
