BASIC ONLINE ENTRY. The Sweepstakes begins October 3, 2011 at 12:00 noon (PT) and ends on December 15, 2011 at 11:59:59 pm (PT) (“Sweepstakes Period”). During the Sweepstakes Period, all Entrants must either submit a completed online entry form available at Yamaha Entertainment Group - Record Label - Franklin, TN - Elton John Sweepstakes | Facebook or visit a participating authorized dealer and use a smart phone to scan the QR code placed on the sweepstakes poster; both entries take you to Yamaha Online EasyPass (“EasyPass”) for your Basic Online Entry. Becoming an EasyPass member is free. All designated information on the EasyPass enrollment page and the online Sweepstakes entry form must be submitted to be an eligible Basic Online Entry. Online entry forms are also available at Yamaha Entertainment Group - Record Label - Franklin, TN | Facebook. Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email or mobile smart phone account from which the entry is made. Entries must be received by Yamaha’s servers no later than 11:59:59 pm (PT) on December 15, 2011. Limit one Online Entry per person.
