Grand Prize consisting of a 3-night/4-day trip to Las Vegas, Nevada for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) departing on December 5, 2011 and returning on December 8, 2011 (the “Grand Prize”). Specifically, the Grand Prize will include: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for the Contest winner and the Guest from the airport nearest to the Contest winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for the Grand Prize winner and the Guest at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino (the “Hotel”); (iii) $300.00 spa credit to be used at the Hotel; (iv) $250.00 food credit to be used at the Hotel; and (iv) two (2) tickets to a single performance of the National Finals Rodeo on December 6, 2011 or December 7, 2011 (to be determined at the Sponsors’ sole discretion). The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($ 2,500.00 USD).
