1. One (1)winner will each receive two (2) premium tickets to the UFC fight at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV on July 7, 2012, two (2) nights double occupancy hotel room at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, NV, and two (2) passes to an exclusive Bud Light® VIP pre-fight party. Transportation, accommodations, meals, beverages, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner and guest must be at least 21 years of age or older. Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 on the value of the prize. Winner must accept Prize as stated by Sponsor or Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Estimated retail value of Prize is: $1,500.00
