SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on 08/04/2014 at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 08/11/2014 at 12:00:01pm. ET. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter. Facebook: (1) visit the Margaritaville Atlantic City Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MargaritavilleAtlanticCity. You need to have a Facebook account and to “like” the page to be eligible to enter, both of which are free. (2) Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form. You may also be given the option to join the Fins Up Club, which is totally free. Email: Email your first and last name, birthday (month and day) and zip code to [email protected] and you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day and per Facebook account. Any attempt by a person to enter more than the allowed number of entries, whether via multiple email addresses, Facebook accounts, or any other means, may result in disqualification. No illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on or about 08/11/2014. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry and will be requested to contact Sponsor to validate the winner’s eligibility and make arrangements for prize award. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Each potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release.
