There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize consists of the following:
one (1) standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for one (1) night at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, located at 77 Sands Boulevard, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18015 (the “Hotel”), for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”);
two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to one (1) show (to be determined by Prize Provider at its sole discretion), scheduled to take place at the Sands Bethlehem Events Center, located next to the Hotel (“Show”);
one (1) one hundred fifty dollar ($150) gift card for Emeril’s Chop House, located next to the Hotel ; and
one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) gift card to the Outlets at Sands Bethlehem, located next to Hotel.
Certain restrictions and black-out dates apply. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions apply. Prize must be redeemed by October 31, 2015, or Prize will be forfeited. Guest, if any, must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Winner must have a valid government-issued identification in order to check into the Hotel.
