Does one poker bet have a better chance of wining than another?

If I am playing quarters on a video poker machine and playing max credits, and I hit a royal flush....would that same royal flush have come up if I was playing dollars, or dimes, or 3 credits, or five? In other words, does the amount of the bet have any bearing on what does or doesn't get dealt or drawn? I have often wondered......

The machine doesn't care how much money you bet. The result is simply determined by the random number generator (RNG) at the time you push the deal, or draw, button.
