  • BJ in Florida

Here is a new twist for low rollers at the BJ tables in Florida (Immokalee). There is a full page ad in my local newspaper this morning for Seminole Casino at Immokalee. It states:
"$5 Blackjack, guaranteed 24/7". 506 South First Street; Immokalee. 800-218-0007.

That's great. I guess they need great promos to get people to drive out to the middle of nowhere. lol

I wish it was the same at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. Their $10 min table is always crowded. There are no $5 tables.

The hard rock would never have $5 blackjack unless it was paying 6-to-5 for a blackjack and on continuous shuffling machines.

I've been told they do have $5.00 BJ sometimes in the mornings. 7 -8 am ish. I am very rarely there that time of the morning unless I'm on my way home so can not verify the veracity of those statements made to me by assorted pit supervisors and shift bosses. Ain't no way I'd play at those hours anyway.

I usually don't get up and about until the crack of noon.

Does Immolakee have the same BJ rules as Hard Rock?

If the new compact is signed, they'll have to close down the table games there. Don't see that happening anytime soon or ever. The seminoles own the state and governor.
