I recently began looking at air fares to Las Vegas for a late March trip with the family.
I was amazed to see that they had basically doubled since my last trip there in early November.
Is it just me? Or, does everyone else see the same thing happening for flights from their home city?
If Las Vegas ever expects to recover from its slump I don't see how they will be able to accomplish that with these much higher air fares.
The Vegas hotels may be able to lower the room rates to entice people, but if the people can't afford the air fare I think they will just stay closer to home for their gambling.
