    Starting a law consulting company

    I'm in the process of registering my first legal consulting company. This sounds strange, but I'm looking for an experienced startup lawyer who can guide me through all the mechanics of legally opening and operating the company. What I'm looking for is a 5+ years experienced startup law firm or an individual with a solid background.

    I was in the same boat, man. I'd spent years of my conscientious life building the insurance company. There were certain things I'd definitely change from the beginning. My first advice: never save money on professional lawyers. There is a law firm that specializes in advising on almost all aspects. I've found Mr. David Nima Sharifi, Esq. to be a real fan of his business. Check out https://techandmedialaw.com/ As far as I know they are located in Los Angeles, CA and have been working for 15+ years. I hope this information helps you find what you're looking for.
