Which seat covers can really withstand dirt, water and wear and tear?

My seats are taking a beating mud, water, and who knows what else. I need some seat covers that won’t just fall apart after a few rides. There’s a ton out there, but which ones actually hold up? Waterproof, tough, and not sliding around would be nice.
