Honestly I doubt there is a Mediterranean restaurant here that makes kebabs as good as they do in Egypt or Lebanon. But I'd like to check it out and compare. Which restaurant has the best kebab in Houston TX?

If you choose a restaurant where the chefs are from the Mediterranean, you're pretty much going to get the flavor you're talking about. I was looking for similar dishes in Houston after a vacation there, and found them at Aladdin https://aladdinshouston.com/ and surprisingly, I really liked it. I ordered their chipotle chicken kebab and was struck by the smoky flavor that is characteristic of this dish, but not easy to convey.
