Hi! I'm currently trying to find a good website or blog that discusses how ADHD affects relationships, whether with a partner, friends, or family. I'd like to read articles that give practical advice on how to improve interactions. If anyone knows, please let me know!

Relationship Tips for ADHD

My husband and I often argued over forgotten tasks, misunderstandings, and sudden mood swings. I blamed him, and he could not explain why everything was happening exactly like this. Only after the diagnosis - ADHD - did it become clear that these were not just "character traits." To learn to live with this, I read a lot, but the article adhd in relationships was especially helpful. Thanks to it, I learned to distinguish symptoms from emotions. This is not a solution to all problems, but a great start for understanding and support.

Good day! Life with a person who has ADHD is constant movement. It has a lot of sincerity, energy, but also a lot of chaos. Everything changes quickly: plans, emotions, focus. And in this flow, the main thing is not to lose each other, but to find a rhythm in which both will be comfortable.
