It sounds like they either don't care about how the place looks like or they are under staffed and don't have the money to hire people to pick the trash up.

As a frequent visitor for some time now,I have noticed in the last few months that the condition of the terrible's Mark twain Casino has gone down hill considerably. There are ketchup stains on the walls of the restaurant. The tables in the restaurant are hardly ever cleaned and those that are, are done half way.
The floor of the gambling area is littered with trash and pop corn and the pans where "the coins used to fall" are now used as ashtrays, as well as the floor. House keeping keeps looking for dust on the ceiling.
Food in the restaurant is a gamble too. Sometimes you can get good food, but the waitress sucks, and other times the waitress is great and the food sucks.
In all these years, the management has never found anyone that can fix a pancake nor a biscuit for gravey. God help us if the ver put in sausage.
If you just listen for awhile you can hear the employees complaining.
