Do other people out there collect Players Club Cards from miscellaneous Casinos that they visit? I have quite a collection and would be interested in talking to anyone else that does as well.

Where do you live? There is a chip collecting club that meets every other month in Atlantic City, and a lot of their people collect slot club cards. I have a bunch of old ones that I never got rid of, and some people say might be worth something.

      Re: Players Club Cards

Thanks for responding to my post. I live in Florida and prefer gambling in Biloxi to Atlantic City. Just a personal preference. I began collecting players club cards rather than chips (cheques) because I felt that a players club card with my name on it was proof that I had been in a particular casino. You have to show ID to get one. I have been in at least 750 Casinos around the U.S. Unfortunately, I have only 518 different players club cards because many casinos did not have clubs in the early days of my travels. The other problem is that the big casino chains like Harrahs have only one card for all of their casinos.

I don't really collect, I guess, just never throw any away.
Do you display them. If so, how?

If you mean do I have a web site with all of my cards, the answer is no. I have them all in a big loose leaf notebook in see through sleeves made expressly for trading cards.
It shows 9 cards to a page and they are organized by state with Nevada naturally being the biggest.

No, I meant what you answered.
              Thanks.

You appear to get to a fair number of casinos and might want to have your own players club card collection. They cost nothing other than the time required to get one, but you probably would do that anyway.
