I would add a #11 to that list, the Prime Bites menu at the Palm Bar in the Forum Shops at Caesars (4:30 to 6:30 & 9:30 to close). Let me tell you, I ordered just two of the sandwich choices (steak and chicken) and could not finish them. They were really tasty too!

Thanks for added info. Sounds like a good adjunct to a shopping trip at the mall and a gazing trip at the attractions. Will put it on the list for next trip.
