    If you hit something over $1200 do they automatically take out the tax before the pay or do they just get all your information and then you have to report it?

    The casino usually just takes down all your information and it's up to you to report it. Of course, if you win a mega-jackpot (of which we have no personal knowledge) I'm sure the IRS is standing there with their hand out before you even make it to the door!
