Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. C.S.T. July 31, 2011. To enter without purchase or obligation, complete entry form on Southwest Airlines. Incomplete entries are not eligible. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. C.S.T., July 31, 2011. All entries become property of Southwest Airlines Co., and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries limited to one (1) per person. Use of automated devices is not valid for entry.
Drawing: On or about August 1, 2011, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted. Entrants need not be present to win. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize to consist of roundtrip air fare for winner and forty (40) guests from the Southwest city of your choice from closest major airport to winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines on published scheduled service (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply) to winner's choice of destination to a Southwest city of your choice. Airline tickets awarded will expire on 12/31/12.
Approximate Retail Value of Each Grand Prize: $16,400.
No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable (and must be accepted as awarded) and not redeemable for cash.
