Wynn and Encore have introduced seasonal three-course tasting menus at many of the resorts' restaurants. Participating restaurants include Bartolotta, The Country Club, Lakeside, Okada, STRATTA, Wing Lei, Botero, Society Café, Sinatra, SWITCH and Wazuzu. The prix-fixe menus start at $39/head, with the most expensive running $69/person at Bartolotta and SINATRA.
