I have seen this show a half dozen times and never been disappointed. And while topless may seem to suggest erotic, I'd say that it merely enhanced the grace of the dancers.
What I have not done is take the back stage tour. Perhaps next trip. $10 is pretty cheap and most have said they enjoyed it. Here is one review:

We have seen Jubilee a few times over the years, but I preferred Folies Bergere which ran for 50 years and closed in March 2009 according to this website.
