  • BJ overruled by FL Supreme Court ?

Detroit Free Press reported that Gov Crist had no right to allow Indians to allow BJ in their casinos (per Supreme Court of FL).

I expect no more BJ play til its straightened out.

The Hard Rock is still playing blackjack.

The stae can't shut them down because it is a federal issue and the federal government would have to take that action.

All legal options are being looked at by both sides, but it will probably be a long time before the games are shut down, if ever.
