I love the IGT Alices Adventures in Wonderland video slots. There are five separate bonus rounds. Each time you get a rabbit hole on one of the four reels (I've found you can do just as well, overall playing just two reels) you light up a stepping stone toward one of the bonus rounds.
This can take a lot of time, and money, depending on how the machine is playing. AND if you leave the machine, those stepping stones will stay lit for the next player.
This has given advantage slot players another target. I have seen them hanging around the vicinity of machines, sometimes for hours, waiting for people to leave and then jumping on the machines and playing enough to clear out the bonus rounds. There are two of these guys in Harrah's AC and I've noticed other such vultures in several Vegas casinos. You go to the casinos enough and notice the same guys hanging out near the machines and you get the message quickly.
So if you are going to play this machine I'd advise not even sitting down unless a few stepping stones are lot, and not leaving the machine if there is only one step to go for the bonus. The vultures are not as blatant as they were for the original Indiana Jones machines but nevertheless are taking some of the fun out of playing.
