I just got back from another fun trip to Biloxi. We stayed at The Isle and I was surprised to see they offer $1 Black Jack 24/7. Same rules and payouts but with one twist. Any bet from $1 to $4 is surcharged 25 cents, like Oklahoma Casinos. This makes for expensive play, adding about $25/hour to the gambler's cost to play.

Am I reading your post correctly that there would be no surcharge assessed bets of $5 or more?

That is correct there is NO surcharge at the Isle or any other casino in Biloxi for bets of $5 or more.
