Tropicana and Palms freeplay question

I am going to Vegas on the fourth. I seen the ongoing freeplay offered for new players club members at Tropicana and the Palm. 50.00 for 25.00offered on this site. My question is, When you pay the 25.00 on this site do you just present the coupon at the players clubs of each casino and get the 50.00 at no other charge? Just courious how this works. Thanks for any replies.

You buy the certificate and then present it at the Players Club booth. There is no other charge involved.
