Planet Hollywood Lunch Buffet

I have eaten at their dinner buffet 2x a couple of years ago, i was wondering how the lunch is? I'll be there with my sister so, I rather know something about Lunch specifics, Carving board, salads, desserts, asian. We will be trying the buffet at Caesar's for dinner. Thanks in advance.
