New Jersey Governor Chris Christie lifted the evacuation order on Atlantic City and all of the city's casinos are starting to re-open.
The Borgata and Golden Nugget opened earlier today, while at 4 p.m. the Tropicana and two Trump Casinos: Tal Mahal and Plaza are going to be open to the public.
