LAS VEGAS (June 25, 2013) – Bally’s Las Vegas has announced plans to renovate and rename its existing South tower to the all-new Jubilee Tower, named after the resort’s iconic show, Jubilee!, which celebrates its 32nd anniversary this summer, making it the longest-running show in Las Vegas. Renovations will include 756 remodeled hotel rooms and suites, which go on sale today for first guest arrivals late summer 2013.
Jubilee Tower will offer luxurious accommodations for an incredible value with nightly rates starting at $99.
The fresh, new Jubilee Tower accommodations will encompass 450 square feet of living space with chic lounge furniture yielding a stylistic and welcoming atmosphere. Juxtaposed geometric patterns will create a contemporary feel, set with neutral tones and striking pops of red visible throughout decorative accents and fashionable wall coverings. Dark wood furnishings, a work desk and a 37-inch flat screen television will complete the space. Each room will also come equipped with a refrigerator and redesigned bathrooms that will feature spacious glass-enclosed showers.
A total of 121 remodeled one- and two-bedroom suites will span 800 to 1,600 square feet, each which will feature a separate living and dining room, bar, ample workspace and a master bedroom retreat with an oversized, central whirlpool bathtub. Redesigned common areas will include refurbished corridors and elevator lobbies that will incorporate the signature geometric patterned carpets, updated wall coverings and modern light fixtures.
“The Jubilee Tower is just one of the new and exciting additions taking place at Bally’s Las Vegas,” said Steve Opdyke, vice president of hotel operations. “We’re thrilled to be offering our guests fresh, new accommodations and lively additions to entertainment and nightlife right in the heart of the Strip at Bally’s marquee location.”
New to Bally’s entertainment lineup is VÉRONIC Voices. Proudly co-produced by Celine Dion, the show features unique talents of Véronic, the only female tribute artist of her kind who pays homage to the most popular female recording artists in the world. Whether she's singing Lady Gaga or Madonna, Whitney or Adele, Pink or Celine, Véronic's amazing repertoire of voices backed by six dancers and five state-of-the-art video screens takes audiences on a jaw-dropping, captivating entertainment journey like no other.
A staple in Las Vegas nightlife for more than 15 years, the legendary Drai’s After Hours recently celebrated the opening of its new location at Bally’s Las Vegas. Drai’s After Hours is owned and operated by Victor Drai, who is regarded by many as the “father of the Las Vegas after hours scene,” having created and founded Las Vegas mega-clubs Tryst and XS.
