Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut Is Fighting for Its Life
Re: Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut Is Fighting for Its Life
thanks for that one. Even if it is a few months old, what it reports is current and more comprehensive than I've seen in other articles. Workers at Foxwoods are nervous, and they have a right to be. Soon competition from NY and Mass. will be real.
I wonder where those $19 Atlantic City rooms were. I never find anything at that price. So, I rarely go.
I don't see any argument that gambling could get better. The only casino trying that is the Plaza this week, putting back some decent VP. It would be grand it that helped them, but it is a very unusual tactic. Most other places are "improving" by becoming better shopping malls and restaurants.
