Absurdly enough, this casino on Kitsap Peninsula is the only one I can get to from Seattle without a car (except Lucky Eagle in Centralia, but I don't want to go for that long w/o a drive w/o a potty break).
It is my favorite casino because of the staff. They are professional but they are friendly small-town people and it shows (to their benefit). The water/pine tree view from the buffet's floor to ceiling windows is its best feature, it is very calming. The food is decent. It seems to cater to older folks. It's a very pleasant, calm casino. It does have a player's club for those that want it. There are coffee/water stations everywhere.
The comp/point system is very bad, but they do send you special coupons and I nearly always get my ferry reimbursed using my card. The downside is that the slots don't pay well. Playing carefully I have broke even and I have played a long time without spending alot of money, but I've never come back a winner.
A plus is that they are the only casino with a nice variety of progressive games, one with a max bet of $1.50 and a current balance of over $300K. Something to get used to is the variety of methods of tickets. They have 3 different kinds of tickets and a card system. That was very annoying until I figured it all out. The progressive tickets and your players card can only be redeemed at a cashier.
