Absolute waste of time to go there. Its fine for the local people, who sit there and play the 5 cents slots all day, but don't waste your money travelling any distance. They are not customer oriented at all.

Rather useless review in my estimation. "Ehh, it sucks" doesn't provide the user any real information about what you claim to be lacking on the part of the Diamond Jo Casino.

How exactly are they not "customer oriented"? What constitutes being customer oriented? What services and amenities do the top of the line casinos provide that are not being provided by Diamond Jo? Specifics count.

Or did you lose all your nickels at the slots that day???

I get that same feeling when I see a lot of these reviews. I find it quite funny the things people will say about a casino that they've lost at.

I personally don't go to the casinos in Dubuque all that much, every now and then is fine and I believe that's how it should be. My point to this guy was that if you've got a legitimate beef with a business don't just say "It sucks" and walk on to the next. Give us examples, details, etc.

Perhaps somebody at the casino monitors what is being said and will pass it along to those in charge and see if they can make any changes to improve Casino Review's experience should they every make a return visit to Dubuque and the casino.

Yea I agree, "it sucks" isn't exactly the most helpful review. Some people just like to hold grudges I guess.
