The Palazzo has undergone some changes already. We stayed 3 nights (comp) this week (Aug 25/27). There are now plenty of penny machines including Wizard of Oz (4 different types), Star Trek, Star Wars, etc. The cocktail service on the slot floor was a big drawback as it sometimes took over an hour to get a cocktail/water, etc. This is being caused by the waitstaff being too thin & large areas having to be covered by one person. The overall staff was very attentive & knowledgeable, showing a lot of training.
There was also a perfumed smell in the air that could cause problems to some people with allergies. Because of that, we will stay at the Venetian next time.
