  • 5-cent Video Poker in S. Florida casinos

Do you think that 5 cent video poker will EVER come to Fl? I live near the Seminole casinos in Broward County and also the Mardi Gras, and Isle.

Yet, none offer the 5 cent v.p. I live in a senior complex, and most of the seniors would like to know, WHEN. Thanks

Have you played the nickel V.P. machines at the casino?

Are there many? Are they the multi-play lines?

        Thanks, Pauline

They are in the first-floor casino against the back wall when you first enter.

They are not multi-play, but they are multi-denominational.

I think there are about 12. I have not played them.

Re: Would like 5 cent V.P. in Florida

I was at the casino there today around 1 p.m. and only one person was playing those machines.

I noticed that there were some other nickel VP games there. I think it was super times pay, but I'm not 100% sure.

Hmmmmm!!!!! I thought that I'd have to stand in line to play.

Sounds weird that there aren't many 5 cent VP players.

                Thanks Steve, for info.

There aren't many video poker players at all.

Also, if you play five nickels, you would be better off playing one quarter.

They both pay 800-for-one on a royal for each coin bet (rather than 250) and the pay table for quarters is better than for nickels.

That IS odd/quirky to have 800 rather than 250 with 4000 on the RF. Makes sense since either a 5 coin nickel RF or 1 coin 25 cent RF will both give you $200.

Pauline, grab your sister & get over there. And TAKE A CRUISE TOO. (Tiger)

LOL Thanks, Tiger, for your input. I may go to the casino, but, the cruise is OUT. Maybe, someday----
