As of 1/6/10 the boat is not sailing right now. Sure hope they get it going again as it is a great entertainment.

SunCruz has filed for bankruptcy and all of their boats have stopped sailing.

The filing was chapter 7 which means they are out of business and no longer oprerating in any capacity, except to dissolve the business.
