Lately there are no payouts only small ones. The Western Dorr Restaurant is the pits, it's supposed to be Gourmet Dining but for the money it isn't worth the trouble as your better off with the Buffet! As far as their Chairman's club, they cut back on the services that they give to there premium members. I've been treated better at many other Casino's that I wasn't a Member of a Club! My suggestion is head to Canada to the Falls View where you'll be treated like a King or Queen!
