WENT to new casino and stayed in new hotel for 2 nights. was suppose to stay three nights but service, food and tight slots drove me off a day early. Same story as others listed below.
I think they had to pay for the big giveaways I was there for 72 hours and never saw anyone get paid by attendant and I play dollar slots. Also, I found out that the 50 cents they charge you to play blackjack does not go to the state as I had believed but goes to fund the giveaways and promotions. The food in the new steak house was poorly prepared and service was bad. Apparently they were going to close the old casino when they opened up the new and someone made a poor choice to keep it opened. Results, not enough people to give even fair service and disgruntled employees tired of working so many long hours. I am going to give up on this casino and go back to bossier, it maybe a little longer drive, but you get what you pay for. Contrary to all the advertising Choctaw is doing about raising the game they still are playing penny ante poker.
