MY THREE CHILDREN AGED 27,25,23 WENT TO THE WESTIN

ON 3/28/08 TO SIGNUP FOR PLAYERS CLUB. WHEN

THEY ASKED ABOUT THE PROMOTION 25 FOR 40

DOLLARS WORTH OF PLAY THEY WERE TOLD THIS

PROMOTION ONLY APPLIED TO HOTEL GUESTS.

I ALSO APPROACHED THE EMPLOYEE AS I ALREADY

AM A MEMBER AND RECEIVED THE SAME RESPONSE.

I did too have this problem when I took my mother this weekend who was visiting. I told them she was staying there with her husband and they gave it to her and him. We were very nice the them, so they just said ok and gave us the slot play. I felt that because we took the time to actually go there to get the promotion, a little white lie wouldn't hurt.

Paul Johnsons' children were not allowed to get the promotion. If they would have said that they were staying at the hotel, they would have gotten it.

When they told my mother you have to stay at the casino hotel in order to get the promotion, I said she was staying there.

The part of the story you were missing is that we can all modify problems when they occur. There are solutions for every problem.

So Les, now you too can go to the Westin and get the 40 for 25 promotion.

As far as Silverton $10 free slot play that you had such a hard time defining-- IT'S FOR NEW,I REPEAT, NEW slot club sign-ups, presenting an ACG coupon. And you want Steve to hire you when you don't know the coupon promotion/redemption protocol ???

The person asking about the Silverton never been there. So she would be a NEW I repeat NEW sign up. As far as giving a room number, make one up. 321, 234, 432. Any of those should work. Use your imagination.

As far as Steve hiring me, Well I would be a great asset. Besides, I will have a book out eventually, so it would be a good idea to have me on board.

Les, I wish you would appreciate when someone actually is trying to give good advice instead of trying to give negative responses.
