This place offers bad food, rude employees, long lines for everything, and no slot payoff. This company should hire more workers and teach them some customer service skills if they want to stay in business once Maryland gets their slots. The food they give out is a joke. they must think we were born yesterday.

You're right. When they have some competition they'll suffer. Even if they change their ways, the patrons they lost probably won't return.
