  • Beau Rivage: Bellagio of the Southeast

Biloxi has become my alternative to Vegas when I can't find affordable flights. The Beau has become one of my FAVORITE casinos. Their hotel is beautiful- very similar to Bellagio. Their casino floor is... well, about a 1/2 size replica of Bellagio's casino. The atmosphere is great, the staff is pretty friendly, and I love their buffet. Their slots are actually decent with payback- I have won some pretty nice amounts there. More importantly, even if I lose, it's after playing for a VERY long time- you can make your money go very far on their slots. The only thing I noticed that was lacking was video poker- 7/5 paytables primarily, which is very low compared to most other casinos. The players club seems to be more generous at the Beau than at other MGM properties in Vegas. I have had 3 free flights, a dozen or so free nights in their hotel, and many of my meals comped. I have been to Beau many times, and every time I go to Biloxi I keep saying I want to get out and try the other casinos for a change of scenery/atmosphere.... until I actually sit down and start playing in their casino, visiting their buffet, shopping, hanging out at the pool, etc. You'll never want to leave the property, and honestly you don't need to. It's the best hotel/resort around, and I plan to go back again very soon!
