          Looks like it will be at least late May before that casino opens. See the following story.

          The opening of the Amelia Belle, a new floating casino, will be delayed by at least a month. Operators hoped to open it in late April or May, but Trudy Fuselier, attorney for the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, said that the Kentucky-based owner and operator, Columbia Sussex Corp., requested that consideration of the Belle's opening date be pulled from the board's April meeting agenda. That meeting will be held Tuesday in Baton Rouge. The opening now is expected some time after the board's May 16 meeting.
