I think Mohican deserves a break. And here is why. They actually give you a chance to win. I have been around to most casinos in Wisconsin. All of them have some slots that are somewhat tight. I am going to focus on slot machines here because table games are not controlled by a random number generator set by the casino. I would say that the majority of Mohican's nickel slots allow you to bet in upwards of $25 a pull. And that is a good thing. Why? Most dollar slots have only 1- 6 payout lines. But with their nickel slots it can be in upwards of 40-100 different winning combinations which result in a greater likelihood that you will hit something. Now Penny, dime, quarter, and dollar slots have their place too. If you have ever been to any of the other casinos in Wisconsin like Mole Lake or Carter the most you can bet on any of their penny or nickel machines is around $4. The bottom line here is that the other casinos have a pretty tight lid on what they payout whereas for someone who has the bankroll, you COULD realistically walk out of Mohican, on a good day a couple grand ahead. It is like the old saying, "you have to spend money to make money." But remember the casinos are counting on you to lose your head, so do not blow the mortgage payment. They also have a $500 limit on their blackjack tables whereas 90% of all the other casinos in WI have a $200 limit. It also looks like they are building a hotel to complement the casino which will be a great addition. I gave the players club a 3 because unless you are spending thousands of dollars, it probably will not add up too quickly. Their shoot for the stars program online sometimes gives out free play.
