    Re: Goldstrike, Tunica

I have only experienced the buffet comps from the Gold Strike and think they are good. My husband doesn't play (slots)as much as I do, but after only an hour or so of playing nickels or pennies, we are both given a comp to the buffet, which I think is one of the better ones in Tunica. I love the desserts, especially the raspberry implosion.

I was at the Goldstrike in Tunica a few weeks ago. Yes, it was a darn good buffet and comps are not hard to get. Also right nent door is the Horseshoe which also had a good buffet.Buffet comps there are given to all table game players just for asking. My third choice would be Sam's Town for a nice buffet.

The Horseshoe has a great buffet, but we don't seem to play there long enough to get it free. We usually eat at Sam's Town as they comp well.

We usually stay at their RV park so we play slots at night and enjoy free buffets. We usually get three free nights at the hotel or RV park. We have always stayed at the RV park because we had our dog in the RV, but since he died, we will have to stay in the hotel.

My ? How many prnnies/lines, etc are you playing to get a buffet comp ? No consideration on points earned ? C'mon, what's your secret?

Best buffet in Tunica is SAMS TOWN/ HANDS DOWN.
Corky's ribs, beer & wine, great desserts--better than many Vegas buffets !!!

Don't know how they figure it, but I usually only play one coin at max lines. It has been over a year since we ate there, so maybe they have tightened up on their comps.

We normally eat at Sam's Town. It is a great buffet and they give you wine or beer with dinner (don't know about lunch).
