This is a good overall Casino in Albuquerque. The location is excellent and the views of the mountains are nice. We stay each year for a week in May / June. The hotel is extremely nice. Make sure to get a slot club card as the room rates are much lower with the card. The slots are not very loose but I did see some good winners. They have a nice poker room. No alcohol is served to you when playing the games (I guess the NM law). There are bars around the casino so you can still get your favorite drink. The blackjack tables were crowded because they do not have many tables. If you will be using the SPA, call ahead to reserve a time. My wife and I went the week after Memorial day and there were no time slots open in the SPA the whole week. The food is average here. The food is cheap so you get what you pay for. If you rent a car, there are plenty of good restaurants within 5 miles of the casino. The final thing is the golf course and I am saving the best for last. The golf course is a great golf course with challenge for every level. It is the best golf course I have ever played on. Also, there is a restaurant next to the golf pro shop that has excellent food. Don't miss this.
