    Rhythm City casino closed due to flooding

    Don't know if anyone from this discussion group ever goes to Rhythm City in Davenport, Iowa, but want to let you know that the casino is closed again due to flooding on the Mississippi River.

    The Isle in Bettendorf, Iowa is still open

    I got a recorded phone call yesterday telling me that Rhythm City in Davenport, Iowa is open again. They are having several promotions to celebrate the re-opening.

        The flooding has gone down and Rhythm City was opened by June 25th. The best thing you can do is call or go to their website and check before you go. With the river flooding, you never know if it may close again. The Isle in Bettendorf has remained open thruogh the flooding.

        If you have time, you may want to check out the new Wild Rose in Clinton, Iowa. It replaces the Mississippi Belle II and is land-based. They keep advertising it over the Rockford, IL radio stations. If you do get there, please let us know what you think of it.
